Sacrifice

Sometimes in life you must make sacrifices...sacrifices for things that you really really want.  Today we made a very very big sacrifice.  Today we said goodbye to our Tuggy Boy.

This past week, after I quit my job, Park and I decided that because I wasn't going to be working any more, we needed to find ways that we can cut costs in our life...we needed to make some sacrifices.  Unfortunately, Tug is a MAJOR cost.  We spend about $150 on food every month for Tug.  He has to eat raw food because of his food allergy.  Plus there is the vet appointments, vaccines, toys, treats, ect.

We decided that because Tug has "special needs" we could not put him online and sell him to just anyone.  So, I called the Newfoundland Dog Rescue, and today a woman came and picked Tug up.  She will foster him until the right family for Tug is found.

We have been sad knowing that we would have to say goodbye to Tug, but knowing that he will be with a family who will take care of him the way he needs to be taken care of gives us a bit of comfort.

Tug was my baby before I had Baby Park.  We got Tug when he was just 8 weeks old...he will be 2 yrs old in December.

This was a tough sacrifice for us to make, but so worth it so that I can stay home with Baby Park.

We love Tug and will miss him so so so so so much.
