9 Months

Baby Park turned 9 months this week.  Geez...he's almost 1 year old.  I fall more and more in love with him every day.  He makes me so happy.  I am so grateful that I can stay home with him...watch him learn and grow everyday.  There is no where else...nothing else that I would rather do than be home with him.

He is getting so big...tall and heavy.  He has now busted out of 12 month clothes and is into 18 months.  He is so happy...always smiling that smile that is so contagious.  He is the biggest flirt.  He is standing all by himself...but still hasn't started taking any steps on his own.  He is into everything.  I sometimes wonder why we buy him toys.  He'd much rather play in drawers, find and pull out treasures from the trash can, unplug electrical cords, play with remote controls and cell phones, the toilet, the vacuum, etc.  He puts EVERYTHING in his mouth.  He is always talking...he still hasn't said "Momma" yet but will say "Dada" all day long, though.  He is a dancing machine...that Nelson dancing blood must run strong though those tiny veins.  He would stay in the bath all day long if we let him.  He gives the best kisses...big, open mouth, wet kisses.  He still hates getting dressed and getting his diaper changed.  He'd much rather be naked.

I wish there was a "slow down" button on his life.  This is such a fun age and I don't want it to end.

Don't worry.  The dryer door wasn't shut all the way.  I'm a good mom.  I Promise.  And he loved this.

Loving on his daddy...with no diaper on.  Again...he hates getting dressed and getting his diaper changed.  What a cute little bum cheek poking out of that onsie.

He puts EVERYTHING in his mouth...even dryer sheets.  They smell great...so they probably taste good, too, right?
