Baby Park and I flew into STL on Monday.
Baby Park was a good boy at the airport in Salt Lake
...a good boy on the airplane
...and a happy boy when Gramps picked us up at the airport in St. Louis.
Gramps took us back to his house where Baby Park got to play with Rommel and Brody.
On Tuesday Baby Park and I drove up to my Grandy's house in Florrisant to hang out.
Wednesday, after we helped set up tables at the church, we headed to the Tumbledrum (Planet Fun).
After Tumbledrum we drove out to Ed and Patty's new house. It is beautiful!
Audry - the girl with the sick mullet who steals all the toys
Cousin Love
Doesn't he have the BEST smile!?!
We left Ed and Patty's and went back to Gramps house to play.
Thursday morning Baby Park and I went with my dad to do a 5k run at the YMCA. Well...Baby Park and I didn't actually do the run...we hung out in the car while my dad ran because it was so cold.
Then we got ready and headed up to my Grandy and Grampy's stake center for the Thanksgiving Extravaganza! We also finally saw Daddy Park for the first time since Monday. He flew in on Wednesday night and stayed at Abbie and Eric's so he could play football in the morning.
After everyone was done eating, we started the talent show.
Grandy led everyone in the song and dance for "Little Brown Gal"
This was Maren's first time at the Nelson Thanksgiving. She sang a couple of songs for the talent show...she is so talented!
We left the Nelson Thanksgiving early to drive to my Grampy Nothum's house in New Haven to spend some time with the Brad and Wendy Nothum Family.
Friday Baby Park, Daddy Park, and I drove up to Florrisant for bowling with some of the Nelsons, while the others went paintballing.
Saturday we met Spencer and Brittney Nothum in Webster Groves to check out Brittney's sister's fabric shop, Fabric Nosherie. We had a great time! The store is amazing...fabric heaven!
Then my boys, Sarah, and I drove to the Edward Jones Dome (where the Rams play football) to see my dad. For the past 11 years, my dad has done the color guard at the high school state football games.
My boys and I left early on Sunday morning to fly back to Salt Lake.
This year I have so much to be grateful for. I am grateful to be a mother to a healthy, happy boy. I am grateful that Daddy Park is a college graduate and got a job! I am grateful to my mom for supporting us by letting us live with her (and so much more) this past year and a half. I am grateful for my family...and especially grateful that we can be together forever!
