This weekend (Saturday & Sunday) was the LDS General Conference. For the last several years I have been able to listen to our Prophet and Apostles speak live to us at the Conference Center in Downtown Salt Lake City. This Conference, however, I was working on Saturday, and too tired to go anywhere on Sunday, (thanks to the little one growing rapidly inside of me and zapping any energy I may have had) so I wasn't able to go.
Instead, I listened online from work on Saturday and watched the live broadcast on my TV from home on Sunday. Like always, the talks were amazing...some of them, I am sure, were written just for me. It is a blessing to be able to hear these truly inspired men of God tell us what the Lord knows we need to hear.
