Sick Day

...OK so it was a fake sick day.  I played hooky from work today.  Some of Park's family had made plans to go to the pumpkin patch today and called Park late last night to invite him.  This morning in the shower I decided that I was going, too.  Park's been off school all week for Fall Break, so I felt that it was only fair that I get one day off.

So, we met everyone at Park's parent's house this morning and headed out to Farmington to pick some pumpkins.  We searched through hundreds and hundreds of pumpkins trying to find the perfect one...one that wasn't lopsided, had a good stem, was big, etc.  After we picked some of the best pumpkins at the patch, we headed to Hires for some lunch.  It was a great day...warm and sunny...and even better because we got to spend it with some of our favorite people.  Here are some pictures from our fun day.
